What Archiosk does

Project-document investigation

Archiosk reads RFPs, RFQs, specs, contracts, reports, and meeting minutes your project already has, and helps a project team investigate them — identifying requirements, surfacing ambiguity, and organizing findings for human review, rather than asking anyone to read a large document cover to cover from scratch.

Two operating environments

  • Client / Owner — reviewing incoming proposals and project material from the owner's side.
  • Design-Builder / Proponent — preparing and organizing material from the proponent's side.

Governed evidence, not guesses

Every answer Archiosk gives is grounded in your project's own extracted evidence, never invented. Requirements, findings, and answers all carry their own provenance back to the source material they came from — and where the evidence genuinely doesn't cover a question, Archiosk says so rather than filling the gap.

Human-supervised, not autonomous

Archiosk surfaces candidate requirements, ambiguities, and findings for a person to confirm, adjust, or reject — it does not make procurement decisions, commit your organization to anything, or act on your project without a human deciding first.

A representative workflow

Establish a project from your RFP package, let Archiosk identify candidate requirements and open questions, review and confirm what's accurate, investigate findings that need attention, and draft RFIs for anything the material leaves genuinely unclear — with the governing evidence one click away at every step.
